Meet Nehemie Owen
Nehemie Owen, MHA, FACHE, SPHR is Founder and CEO of Resolution Leadership Group, LLC. She is an executive with 18 years of experience in leading people strategy, operations, best practices implementation and talent management strategies. Nehemie is also a Veteran having served 8 years in the Army Reserve with a tour of duty in Iraq. She has a unique ability to build new programs and systems from the ground up.

As a trusted and transformative leader, Nehemie regularly collaborates with Boards, CEOs, and senior leadership teams on organizational strategy, strategic planning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, engagement and retention strategies. Nehemie is a former Vice President, Human Resources for a large non-profit healthcare system and held leadership roles in other billion dollar revenue organizations. Executing effectively and efficiently, she is known for building sustainable processes that fit the needs of the organization resulting in boosting employee engagement and retention while developing frameworks to attract a broader array of candidates.
Nehemie loves spending time with her husband and 2 children. She also enjoys spending time with extended family & friends, traveling, cooking, and supporting causes that align with her passion for helping people. ​​
Credentials
Nehemie earned a Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University.
She is a board-certified healthcare executive having earned the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) credential. An Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner, she is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) Certification from Human Capital Institute (HCI).
She has served on board roles for the Greater Charlotte Healthcare Executives Group (GCHEG), the local ACHE Chapter and MedNorth a federally qualified healthcare center (FQHC) in NC. She is a member of CHIEF, a private network of executive women and WBL Women Leading Health Care.
